Downloading programs

I have tried installing the rails installer 3 times now. When I use iterm to verify if the files are there like the tutorial said and etsy demo hasn't saved nor do I see it in my general files. What do I do?

I have figured out how to create the folders now, but I don't seem to have the subl . function installed properly

Try running this command instead to set up the 'subl .' shortcut:
ln -s "/Applications/Sublime Text 2.app/Contents/SharedSupport/bin/subl" /usr/local/bin/subl

I saw from your screenshot that Rails wasn't installed. Did you figure out how to do this already or do you still need help?

It says there is no such file in directory... I'll send you another screen shot of what happens when I tried downloading rails.

Yes, that would be really helpful. Can you also send me what you see when you tried setting up the 'subl .' command the first time?

In the latest screenshot you sent, you shouldn't include the '$' in the beginning of your commands. The 'cd etsy' command isn't working because you're already in your Etsy folder.

I have sent you the screenshot from @ecopedicabpvd. I don't know which video I was watching.

Thomas, which video are you on? Also, can you send a screenshot of what you're seeing? You can tweet it to @BaseRails.
