What are the best UX courses out there?

I'm learning a lot of web development from base rails but wanted to get more information on ux/ui design as I think that's something you guys don't cover yet. are there courses that teach it online?

I just read about this one on Hacker News, it looks promising: http://thehipperelement.com/post/87574750438/ux-crash-course-user-psychology

I've heard good things about the Coursera course on Gamification which really talk about human motivation and behavior, which is a big part of architecting the user experience: https://www.coursera.org/course/gamification

I know that General Assembly is also about to launch an in-person immersive User Experience Course that lasts for 10 weeks: https://generalassemb.ly/education/user-experience-design-immersive. Of course, GA classes tend to be incredibly expensive and targeted for people who want to make career changes. It might not be the kind of investment you're looking for.

To get started, I would actually recommend some design blogs that focus on tutorials and best design practices like http://thenextweb.com/dd/2013/08/17/13-ux-design-practices-startups-shouldnt-overlook/ and smashingmagazine.com

You may want to check out Udemy's "Web Design - CSS & HTML For Beginners" at https://www.udemy.com/web-design-css-html-for-beginners/
